Scrambled Eggs (Great wake up breakfast!)

Hello All, back again. Truly, this is going to be the easiest of my recipes and Yummy!

Ingredients:

4-6 Eggs
3 large green chilies
1 large tomato
1 Large Onion
1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Garam Masala
Butter
Salt to taste

Make sure you cook the eggs and the onions in butter! Oil does not do the trick, butter it is!!!!!!

Fry the onions till slightly brown, add ginger garlic paste, fry for a couple on minutes, add green chilies, fry again for about another couple of minutes, add tomatoes fry for about a minute.  Now mix this into the eggs (which you should have beaten quite well).  Using a non-stick pan, add the eggs along with the mixture on low heat to the pan.  Using a wooden spatula or plastic one, make sure you start pulling the eggs in from the edges slowly.  Keep doing this till eggs are done, it takes all of 4 minutes, so be careful not to burn the eggs or overcook them. Add garam masala towards the end along with a pinch of salt, mix well and enjoy.
And you are done!

Have with toast or by itself. Ketchup is a great condiment and so is tabasco sauce depending on how spicy you like it.
